Simone Daniells
Principal Lawyer
I’m an Adelaide-based lawyer that works with for-purpose boards and leaders to build strong, effective organisations through clear legal advice and tailored governance and compliance training.
I work with organisations whose primary focus is creating positive social, environmental and community impact. My role is to help boards, trustees, directors and executives navigate legal and governance responsibilities with confidence, so they can stay focused on their mission and the communities they serve.
My experience includes advising charities, foundations, for-purpose organisations and community groups, together with their boards and leadership teams on governance, compliance, risk management and organisational decision-making. Alongside my professional practice, I have served in governance roles and have a longstanding commitment to community participation. I also teach corporate law, foundational legal concepts and design-thinking skills in both the undergraduate and postgraduate law programs at a higher education institution.
